Moonlight and the Mission
It started on the cliffs of Moonlight Beach, June 11, 2020.
In 2020 a group of strangers sat in meditation, on the cliffs of Moonlight Beach. No agenda. No brand. No plan.
We gathered every morning at 6:30am, rain or shine. And within 18 months, we had over 1,000 people come through.
But we had no home, shared mission or framework. There wasn’t enough space for everyone to express, and when the cracks came, the community fell apart.
It was clear that we needed more than good intentions to hold a growing community together.
That’s when the seed of
Frequency was first planted.
THE VISION
LIVES ON
Frequency is social infrastructure and physical space, where the environment does the work. Through intentional design, immersive sound and lighting, and a guru free community model built to outlast any one person.
It’s a model, where the infrastructure supports the movement. Where nervous system regulation becomes the norm, and authentic community is created from the inside out.
This is a movement for community builders, healers, holistic practitioners, and people creating grounded communities.

THE LAB
A prototype lab in North County San Diego. Part regulation studio, part social hub, part modern events space. The environment does the work before a single class is scheduled. Through lighting, sound, and architecture built around human connection.
THE NETWORK
A nonprofit community structure seeding Frequency nodes city by city before physical locations open. Free and sliding scale programming. The community exists before the building does. Your city doesn't need to wait for a Lab to be part of this movement.
THE MODEL
Premium memberships support free programs and sliding scale access. The business model and the mission are the same thing. Nobody is excluded, and people who can pay more, fund access for those who can't. Circulation, not exclusion.
