Moonlight and the Mission
It started on the cliffs of Moonlight Beach, June 11, 2020.
I invited people to come sit in meditation with me. No agenda. No brand. Just presence, stillness and great hugs.
We gathered every morning at 6:30am, with over 1000 people joining the community in a period of 18 months. Rain or shine. Breath by breath. We built something real.
But we had no structure.
No true leadership or shared spine.
And when the false gurus came in, it crumbled.
Even then, I knew what was missing:
A home base and a container strong enough to hold our collective pulse.
That’s when the seed of
Frequency was first planted.
For four years, I tried to bring the vision to life. I tried to build it myself, then I joined other communities, shared the idea, and tried to collaborate.
But each time, I was rejected.
It was too big. Too ego-free. Too pure.

Frequency is not a brand. It’s a movement. A living nervous system worldwide community healing.
It’s a model, where the infrastructure supports the intuition. Where the nervous system regulation becomes sacred. Where community is built from the inside out.
This is a movement for community builders. For practitioners, who don’t need to perform. For healed people creating grounded communities.
