Realizing The Dream
Frequency has been a vision of mine since 2020. I was leading a large, local meditation circle and dreaming of a place a place where people could gather, share practices, and truly heal together.
I’ve spent my entire adult life working with communities. Sometimes building them from the ground up, other times serving inside existing organizations. Through it all, one truth has stood out: people are hungry for spaces that feel alive, safe, and authentic.
That’s why Frequency is different. It’s not just another organization, it’s a movement. A network of physical spaces where people can regulate their nervous systems, connect deeply, and learn to belong.
It’s designed to spread far and wide: pop-ups, programs, and upcoming franchises with a Frequency Lab in every community.
We’re building the future of how people gather, and we’re the only ones that are going to do something about it!

Frequency Labs are membership based locations, designed to cultivate immersive community healing experiences. A modern temple somewhere between a Yoga Studio and a Nightclub. Frequency Foundation 501(c)(3), provides free community programming and resources for members to help their communities to come together heal.

Frequency Foundation is a 501(c)(3) that provides program and resources for the community. The Foundation organically spreads the message, provides resources for Outposts and helps create excitement for each new franchise location.

These are the invisible structures that protect Frequency and allow us to scale with integrity.

Pop-ups are how the movement begins: fast, flexible, and magnetic. By contributing here, you’re putting tools directly in our hands to host transformative experiences on the ground.

This fund equips Frequency to show up anywhere. Think sound and lighting reinforcement, yoga mats, bolsters, shade covers, pop-up signage, and all the hard goods needed for mobile activations. From beach gatherings to park rituals, this kit makes Frequency events possible in any community.
FLAGSHIP
FREQUENCY VAN
This van takes Frequency on the road, reaching people where they are. It embodies the vision: healing that is mobile, accessible, and unforgettable. Supporting this project means you helped launch the first living, breathing Frequency vehicle.

The Frequency Van is our first flagship. A mobile nervous system lab and pop up support hub. Outfitted with sound, light, and energetic healing technology, it will serve as both an event anchor and a prototype for the healing devices we’ll build into our studios. It’s part stage, part sanctuary, part traveling temple.
